Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The product is damaged during delivery.
You received the wrong item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
Items returned without original tags or packaging.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Products returned after the 7-day return period.
Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless damaged or defective).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another suitable payment method after verification.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
Wrong product received.
Damaged product received.
Manufacturing defect.
Size exchange (subject to stock availability).
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Shirtshore.shop will bear the return shipping cost.
For returns due to personal preference (where applicable), customers may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Our support team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If eligible, the refund for a cancelled prepaid order will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your payment provider or bank, as processing times may vary.
